Terms and Conditions
There will be a $25 reservation deposit charged to your card on the day of booking which is nonrefundable upon cancellation for any reason and no refunds within three days of the travel date. Refunds given only if customer e-mails written request to our company more than 7 days prior to scheduled trip, less $25. Cancellations for motor coach, minibus, bus charters or limousines must be made 14 days prior to trip for partial refund. There is a 20% cancellation fee for all motor coach, minibus, bus charters and limousine orders and any hourly job that goes over the anticipated time allowed will be charged for any additional time used and the credit card will be charged for those additional fees. All cancellation requests must be e-mailed to [email protected] using "cancellation request" in subject line. Fax or Voice mail cancellations are unacceptable. Upon receipt of cancellation, we will provide you with a cancellation reference number. Any customer who does not request cancellation by deadline period listed above will lose the full amount previously paid. South Florida Elite Shuttle and or reserves the right to substitute vehicles due to mechanical failure or other similar circumstances.
It is the responsibility of our customers to first check messages on their phone since the driver will be calling to make contact for pickup. If no message has been received, customer is instructed to call the office as soon as their plane or cruise ship arrives using their personal cell phones. If you are traveling after hours and the office is not open, you must check your confirmation for instructions to contact the driver. We do not accept reservations for passengers traveling without working cell phones. Lost or unavailable cell phone coverage is not our responsibility. South Florida Elite Shuttle, Inc and or affiliates shall not be held responsible for missed or late pick ups caused by customers lack of communication. Elite Shuttle and or affiliates are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Alcohol and drugs are not allowed in the vehicle. No refunds within 3 days of travel date. Tipping is a standard practice in the US and not included in the price of transfers, therefore your card will be charged 15% gratuity if you fail to tip the driver.
Please be ready at pick up time as our drivers must adhere to their schedule, therefore allowed wait time is a maximum of 15 minutes only. Elite Shuttle and or affiliates are not responsible for missed flights if there is an accidents on the road or unsafe conditions due to bad weather. Customers disembarking any cruise ship or arriving at the airport before their designated pick up time as stated on their written confirmation will not be guaranteed a pick up until their prearranged pick up time, unless we are able to do so. Customers wishing to leave the Port, Airport, Hotel or any other pick up location with another means of transportation before their prearranged pick up time will forfeit any and all monies previously paid. We do our best to accommodate any change in pick up times, however, all changes must be made before the cancellation deadline date to insure availability. South Florida Elite Shuttle is a brokering service that works with other affiliate companies in south Florida. We offer a plethora of luxury vehicles.
Method of Payment:
All reservations must be authorized and prepaid with a Visa, Mastercard or Discover before pick up date. Prices are subject to change without notice, until confirmation is made and payment is received. Cash is now being accepted when you make your reservation. The driver is required to obtain a credit card imprint and customer signature on pick up, using the same credit card used to make the reservation. If you do not have the same card on you, we require cash at pick up. The total amount of all services will be charged 3 days prior to the first pickup on Luxury SUVS, large Minibuses and Coach buses. Any customer refusing to sign for the charges will not be transported and will be considered in default of their reservation agreement and will lose all amounts previously paid. If customer defaults on the reservation agreement after the deadline for cancellations the customer will be responsible for full payment under the reservation agreement and any legal or collection agency fees costs incurred to dispute charges until full payment is received.
